Macedonian Film Festival Scholarship
 
Eligibility:

Applicants must be students enrolled in a secondary or post-secondary institution in Canada.

Applicants must have full creative and editorial control of proposed project in the role of director/producer, director, director/writer or writer (cinematographers, editors, composers and other crew members are not eligible).

Applicants must be either of Macedonian background (regardless of country citizenship) or if applicant is of non-Macedonian background, proposed project must tell a Macedonian story or explore Macedonian themes.

How to Apply:

Please submit by email the following:
Proposal (proposed project) describing creative project and outlining its story (i.e. synopsis, outline, creative/visual treatment, and screenplay in the case of drama). Both fiction and non-fiction projects are eligible (i.e. drama, documentary, animation, experimental films)
in the case of Macedonian applicants, document that proves Macedonian background (i.e. identification or any other form of certificate)
document providing proof of student status (copy of admission letter to university course) and/or student card with expiry date)

Selection: All applications will be considered by an MFF jury committee. The winning project will premiere at the next MFF in Oct 2010.
