Synopsis:
"Edna/One of Many" is an 11-minute animation that was inspired by the refugee crisis, where Macedonia as a transit country followed the river of human destinies. Basically "Edna" is a love story set in very unusual circumstances, told in a very abstract and poetic way. The animation is completely hand-drawn, and it took the author nearly three years to produce this magical animation, Sisters and Brother Mitevski Production said. The film is dedicated to a number of women activists who fought for these people’s basic human right, the right to be.
The film is a co-production with Belgium and supported by the North Macedonia Film Agency. Following on from previous success with the multi-award-winning animation "Alerik", this is Vuk Mitevski's fourth animated film.
