Through a series of interviews with figures such as Noam Chomsky, Vuk Jeremic, and John Hawthorne, this film explores the reasons why the people living in the former Yugoslavia continue to face difficult social and economic conditions and how to move forward.

Biography:
Boris Malagurski, born in Yugoslavia in 1988, is a Serbian-Canadian film producer and director. His previous films include Kosovo: Can You Imagine? and The Weight of Chains, while his work was shown in theaters across Australia, Canada and the United States, as well as film festivals in London (Raindance), Belgrade (Beldocs), Havana, Toronto, Ann Arbor, East Sarajevo, and many others.
He is the recipient of the 2009 Silver Palm Award at the Mexico International Film Festival, the Best Film award at the BC Days Documentary Film Festival in Vancouver, the Young Authors of Europe award at the Palic International Film Festival and many other awards.
