How to watch a film - Instructions
To watch, you will need a device like a computer, smartphone, or tablet that has access to the internet.
You will not be able to watch it on your tv without a direct connection to your streaming device.
If you can open up your email on your device (ie computer) it will make it very simple for you. If you cannot access your emails/internet on that device, you will not be able to stream the movie.
You will need both pieces of e-mail sent to you to view the film: they are sent from
The first e-mail you received when you registered and bought your ticket (even if it was free). It has an attachment which contains your Ticket No. in the upper right corner.
The second e-mail you received hours before the film was available online. It gives you the internet link where you can enter your Ticket No. and watch the film.

First locate your original e-mail and open the attachment.

You will need your ticket number which was sent in the attachment in your first e-mail (when you bought your ticket).

Your ticket number is located at the top right hand corner of your ticket as TICKET NO.

Now locate the second email; it was sent to you hours before the film was first available for viewing (usually Friday).

In the body of the email you will see the link associated with the movie you want to watch.

The link will look something like
https://www.macedonianfilmfestival.com/filmNameVirtual -
Click on the link in your e-mail.
If that does not take you to a new page, then cut and paste the link address into your browser. -
Insert the TICKET NO. exactly as it is shown on your ticket (with capital letters, dashes and all of the numbers). You may be able to copy this after selecting with your mouse.

After entering your ticket number, click on the yellow Show Film button.

That will start the movie on the viewer that will appear. You will be able to watch it, rewind it, fast forward it and you can watch it again as long as you do not leave the site
